Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast options could use improvement, as they felt limited. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly. The parking situation was tight, and some outlets didn't work.

The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfy. We enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning, especially the fresh fruit.
It wasn’t cheap, but the experience was worth it.

Clean rooms, great wi-fi and free parking. Thin walls made sleep tough.

The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, although I experienced some slight discomfort. Pillows were nice and supportive, which helped. A mini-fridge and microwave were convenient; the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature control. The strong cleaner smell faded quickly when we opened the window. The noise level was minimal since it’s located on a hill, away from the traffic. Breakfast was satisfying, but the hot food could be warmer. Be aware of room sizes; the beds felt more like full than queen.

The location is spot on, just a hop away from the fun. The pool offers a splash of refreshment and the cleanliness is top-notch!
The breakfast room is a mad house; good luck finding a seat!

It was a relief to have a cozy spot to rest after a long day of exploring nearby attractions. there were some areas that needed improvement. The air conditioning unit in the room wasn't working properly, which made the space feel stuffy and unpleasant. I also noticed some light switches that didn't seem to be functioning correctly, which was a bit frustrating. the room was clean, and I appreciated the effort put into maintaining a neat environment. The presence of a sitting area would have been a nice addition to the room, offering a designated spot to relax and unwind. It would have also been convenient to have ironing facilities available, as it's always helpful to have the option to spruce up clothes when needed. In terms of amenities, it would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room for a quick pick-me-up in the morning. a bathtub with free toiletries provided would have added a touch of luxury to the stay. The absence of a rollaway bed was a downside, as it would have been useful for accommodating extra guests. while there were some drawbacks, such as the issues with the air conditioning and the lack of certain amenities, the comfortable beds and clean room made the stay at Microtel somewhat enjoyable.

clean rooms, clean service with a very friendly staff member who helped us when we had a question and excellent breakfast options that included scrambled eggs, biscuits, and gravy.
Couldn't stay longer.

I had such a rough stay! The noise from the kids above us went on late into the night, and one evening people were screaming in the hall. It felt chaotic, and I couldn't get any sleep before my long drive home.

The cleaning staff was exceptional. They maintained a tidy environment and were consistently friendly. The front desk staff, particularly one lady, genuinely enriched our experience with her warmth. Breakfast? It had potential—good coffee, but the execution missed the mark. The room itself was modern and fresh. issues arose. The noise from a neighboring dog was distressing, and the breakfast area was cramped with lackluster food—think runny eggs and watered-down juice. The check-in process was frustrating; some staff were unprofessional and dismissive. The amenities didn’t live up to expectations. For the price, better options are available.

Conveniently located in the heart of Sevierville, making it easy to explore the area.
The breakfast experience was disappointing, with cold and limited food options that were not promptly refilled. The check, in process was slow, and the staff's attitude was less than welcoming.

During my stay, I was delighted to find that the hotel was just a few steps away from fantastic attractions like The Apple Barn and Cider Mill and the Wonders of Flight, making it super easy to explore the area without needing to drive; plus, the room was comfy, offering good amenities like a fridge and microwave, and a clean bathroom with fresh towels; however, the breakfast selection could’ve had a bit more variety but overall, my experience was a positive one.

Microtel Inn & Suites offers a peaceful retreat atop a hill, far from traffic noise. The room was immaculate, featuring a comfortable bed, fridge, and microwave. With accommodating staff and a decent continental breakfast, I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and convenient amenities like a fridge and microwave. The location was perfect for nearby attractions, nestled on a hill away from traffic. Cleanliness impressed me, though the breakfast was a bit bland—my son loved the sausage, but variety was lacking. Some downsides included an AC that didn’t cool well and a pull-out couch that was uncomfortable. We heard the elevator and barking dog, which disrupted sleep. Parking was tight, but the staff remained friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Solid choice for a short getaway despite a few quirks.

The location was superb—right in the heart of town, close to everything we wanted to do. The friendly front desk staff made us feel welcome, and the coffee at the lobby was a nice touch. Plus, the room was surprisingly spacious for a micro hotel, offering us plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring.
The breakfast left much to be desired. The food was inconsistent, with some items being lukewarm and not very appetizing.

The bed was very comfortable, and the window seat was perfect for relaxing and reading every evening. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was super clean. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to do, including Tanger Outlets, Dave & Busters, and DollyWood.
Felt at home, no complaints at all.

The location was very convenient and close to many attractions. We were initially on the 4th floor, but due to my daughter's injury, the lady at check-in kindly moved us to the second floor. we had a comfortable stay and will likely return. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

A day at Dollywood was fun, but avoiding the annoying pet-friendly rooms was a highlight. The free breakfast made the outdated rooms more bearable. Safety features made me feel secure, despite the questionable cleanliness.
Oh joy, experiencing the charm of outdated rooms and a barking dog next door at 6:30 am was the cherry on top of a perfect stay.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up Splash Country Water Adventure Park and Dolly Parton's Stampede. Roller coasters and live magicians kept us hyped all day! The hotel's central location made it easy to bounce to all these spots without any hassle.
Wished the hotel had a cooler hangout spot for late-night parties.

i loved having the fridge and microwave at Microtel. loved the accessibility to Ripken experience and the rest of. the staff was exceptional and so was the location. easy access to a lot of attractions and there's a fast food place right beside where you can grab a late night bite in case you get hungry. the beds were very comfortable and smelled clean. the wet bar was nice to have to rinse off our water bottles and wash hands without having to use the restroom. the breakfast area was also clean and the food was hot.
Hard to think of anything 😊

Our family had a blast at Dolly Parton's thrilling roller coasters and Splash Country Water Adventure Park. The kiddie rides were perfect for our little ones, while the water park kept the whole family entertained with its exciting slides.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly food options.

I chose this hotel for its convenient location near The Island in Pigeon Forge, and I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful customer service agents who assisted me during my stay. , there are several bars, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance from the hotel, including a Hard Rock Cafe across the road.
Dampness and mold in room 209.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional and the location was perfect. We had easy access to a variety of attractions and there was even a fast food place right beside the hotel for late-night snacks. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room smelled clean. We loved having a wet bar in the room for convenience. The breakfast area was also clean and the food was hot.
That the breakfast quality could have been better. Some of the food seemed old and we had to microwave the biscuits and gravy.
Excellent
